IAmResponding.com
We have the new IAmResponding online program up and running in the fire station.
There is a screen mounted in the engine bay for use with the program. Responders
will be able to call a 1-800 number and status themselves as responding to the
STATION, TO SCENE, SCENE NOGEAR, SCENE FP, or call back and cancel their status.
All of this is statused instantly on screen with your name, rank/position, and
call time for those at the station to see. We hope this will be a useful tool to
help increase staffing and efficiency.
The website also allows members to status themselves available or
unavailable for calls. This will help us know what officers or drivers are
around or who may be just around to help. This is a free trial for a limited
time and we are hoping to get a true feel for how it may help us in this span of
time. IT IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR PARTICIPATION so please use it any chance you can.
If you have any questions please email
IAmResponding@vigilanthose.com or ask Lt. Karolenko
